When You Insert Your Sim into a phone You will be asked to fill a little form with ur information, now just ignore that step, then look at d back of the sim-pack close to were Your Number is You will see a serial number. Just dial that serial number on ur phone and press the call button. dial it upto 2 times then Your Simcard will be activated instantly,it was tested with one of my newly Puchased Glo simcard. Kudos to Flex.
